What can be done about the tingling and numbness in the feet. How to treat the peripheral neuropathy?

Hi ,
There can be many causes of tingling and numbness . they include electrolyes deficiencies , nerve root compression , b12 deficiency, diabetes , drugs side effects etc
all of this needs further evaluation.
common causes like b12 and diabetes can be treated as
b12 rich diet and injections depends on level
diabetes most commenest cause– Better sugar control and some drugs like gapapentin, pregabalin helps but needs to be evaluated by Doctor like GP/ family medicine
